Rental rates are for the entire property.

Conditions:
We accept GBP, EUR and CHF, preferably by bank transfer.
Normally bookings are weekly (7 nights). We are open to different time periods, and lower rates for long stays - please enquire.
Rates are changeable until final confirmation.
Rates include bedding and towels (including beach towels). Mid-stay cleans are extra.
High & mid-season rates include pool heating.
50% deposit to secure booking and confirm reservation. Remaining 50%, plus refundable damage deposit of EUR 600 / GBP 500, to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations - full refund up to 90 days before arrival date, 50% of deposit refunded up to 4 weeks before arrival. Deposits lost on cancellation can be credited to a later stay.
